Cosmetic dentistry.
Veneers, whitening, clear aligners and tooth-colored work designed to look like nothing was done.
Cosmetic dentistry
Work that reads as teeth, not as dentistry.
The best cosmetic dentistry is the kind nobody identifies. That usually means removing less tooth than you expected, settling color before shape, and using the most conservative tool that will actually do the job.
The conservative option first
Whitening before veneers. Aligners before porcelain. Straightening a crowded tooth costs no enamel; hiding it behind a veneer costs enamel permanently.
Color decided before restorations
Porcelain and composite hold whatever shade they were made in. Whitening comes first so everything else can be matched to the result.
Honest about what is irreversible
Preparing a tooth for a veneer or crown cannot be undone. You will hear that clearly before anything is prepared, not afterwards.
Protected once it is done
A night guard is part of the plan for anyone who grinds. New porcelain and night-time clenching is the most common way good work fails early.

What this covers.
Each treatment has one page, whichever area of care you arrived from.
FAQ
Know before you visit.
With a conversation and photographs. Bring pictures of what you like. Dr. Patel will tell you which parts are achievable, which need a different approach, and which he would leave alone, and often the cheapest step, whitening, is the one to do first.
Generally no. Treatment done purely for appearance (whitening, veneers, cosmetic bonding) is excluded by most dental plans. Where a restoration is needed for function as well, part of it may be covered. We will separate the two on your estimate rather than blurring them.
Only if it is designed to. Length, whiteness and uniformity are choices, and restraint in all three is what makes work convincing. We will show you the shape in temporaries or wax before anything is finalized so you can change your mind cheaply.
Well-made porcelain commonly lasts well over a decade, often longer. Composite bonding is cheaper and more reversible but stains and chips sooner. Whitening lasts one to three years between top-ups. All three depend heavily on hygiene and whether you grind.
